We utilize a wide array of DMLS/DMLM materials for direct metal laser sintering production. Depending on your product intended purpose, we can recommend a powdered metal alloy that meets your requirements for strength, durability, sterilisability, weight, thermal properties, and corrosion resistance. We use nickel, steel, titanium, aluminum and other metal alloys in additive layer manufacturing. DMLS/DMLM-Direct Metal Laser Sintering allows for quick turn-around at cost-efficient rates for your metal prototypes. Powdered metal is arranged in layers and fused together by a high-powered 250w CO² laser, which produces quality parts and tooling with finished surfaces. DMLS/DMLM-Direct Metal Laser Sintering reduces the development and testing stages to get your product to manufacturing in less time, allowing for greater profitability.
